Medical Information Call Center – Driftpin assisted Techsol with the implementation of MedInquirer (MIQ) for a well-established MICC. The system went live in September 2019 and the organization is in the midst of migrating all new and existing clients onto the the MIQ platform.
Medium-sized Biopharmaceutical – Driftpin assisted Techsol with the implementation of MedInquirer (MIQ) for well-known, mid-sized biopharmaceutical company, who transitioned from the system utilized by their MICC. The system went live in October 2019 and has shown immediate benefit.
